Kelly Ray
Owner + Manager
Kelly graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a degree in Health Science. Initially aspiring to become a physical therapist, Kelly's career path took an unexpected yet exciting turn when she began working as a tech for Todd Howatt. Little did she know, this experience would ultimately lead her to the role of a business owner.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two daughters, Ally and Lily. When she's not managing the business or with her family, you can find Kelly on the tennis court, enjoying one of her favorite pastimes.

Fun Fact: Molly Taylor is Kelly's twin sister!
Samantha Wheeler
Physical Therapist
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UAB in 2012.
She joined Maximum in 2016, specializing in advanced manual therapy and certified in dry needling.

Samantha is married to Michael, with two children, Emma and Wyatt. In her free time, she enjoys family, sports, traveling, and being active in her church.
​
Fun Fact: Play early 2000s hip hop to get Samantha dancing!
Armando Flores
Rehab Technician
Armando received an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Gadsden State in 2020 and later transferred to the University of Montevallo where he attained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Nutrition in 2022 and completed his Master's degree in Exercise Science in 2024.

Armando grew up in Pleasant Hill, California but moved to Alabama while in middle school. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, soccer, working out, and playing the guitar.

Fun Fact: Armando is skilled in performing the Limbo... he won a school-wide competition in 5th grade earning him free lunch for a year! (He unfortunately moved shortly after and was unable to claim his prize.)

Molly Taylor
Billing Specialist
Molly graduated in 2020 from Gadsden State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Realtime Reporting, with a concentration in court reporting. She joined Maximum Physical Therapy in 2019, where she expertly manages all behind-the-scenes work related to insurance and billing. She also keeps the clinic plants alive.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband, Kenny, and their two boys, Beckham and Carter. When she's not busy with family, you can often find her enjoying a quiet moment with a good book.

Fun Fact: Molly is the younger twin! And the clinic's plants only stay alive thanks to Molly's green thumb—Kelly tries to help but not quite hard enough!
