Stephanie graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.  After working for several small business owners in the service industry, Stephanie began working for Maximum in 2020 as a rehab technician and office assistant.  She is currently the clinic director for the Pelham office and assists patients in all aspects of care.

Stephanie is originally from San Antonio, TX but now resides in Pelham with her husband, Ken. 

They have two children, Austin and Elyse.  Stephanie enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and family, playing board games, working out, and hosting Alabama football parties.

Fun fact:  When growing up, Stephanie performed Mexican dancing with her mom and sister!

Todd graduated from the University of New England in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.  Todd is a native of Maine but moved to Birmingham to work alongside world renown specialists in orthopedic care while completing his Manual Certification through the University of St. Augustine.

Along with co-owner Kelly Ray, Todd founded Maximum Physical Therapy + Sports Wellness in 2014 with the vision of providing high quality physical therapy services in a hometown environment.

​

Todd is married to his wife, Staci.  They have two children, Emerson and Gracely.  In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, watching sports, working out, and eating pizza!

 

Fun fact:  Todd won a jellybean contest by catching one in his mouth from 118 feet away!

Ainsley originally began working for Maximum in 2021 as a rehab technician.  She went on to graduate from Jefferson State Community College with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2023.

 

Ainsley has a strong passion for helping people and has a special interest in manual therapy techniques to help patients recover from injury and improve their quality of life.

 

Ainsley is from Alabaster and enjoys running, teaching baton, being on the farm, and hanging out with family and friends.

 

Fun fact:  Ainsley’s go-to dance move is The Worm!
